The room was definitely clean. I was told housekeeping comes every 3 days unless requested but they came every day. I appreciated having fresh towels and trash pick up daily. There were a ton of outlets including USB outlets. The furnishings were newer and in great condition. Loved having plenty of actual pillows, not decorative ones.

We stayed at sub-par place in Chicago before this, so comparatively, the Country Inn was spectacular. The breakfast was great and the dining room is very pleasant and spacious. I only discovered the pool and fitness room before we checked out, but they both looked very nice and my family would have enjoyed both. The location is great - right off the freeway, but not so close that you can hear the traffic, and .5 mi from Target, Walmart, and any store or type of food you need. We were there to move my son into an apartment near UIUC, so location was perfect for us. It was a 15 min drive to campus. Room was clean and we enjoyed our stay there.

Staff was nice. Much above average in pleasant verbal interaction. Nice, and cute, staircase from lobby to 2nd floor. I like using the stairs, but stairs in hotels can be out of the way and scary. Bedding of one of the beds seemed clean. Chairs and carpet seemed clean. Room overall seemed cleaner than the average motel. Room was pleasantly decorated.

This is the most caring and kind hotel I stayed in. On the day I checked out, I mistakenly locked the car key in trunk. I rented it from Herz. I am Chinese and my English is not good. The front desk lady spent a lot of time helping me call Herz. As we all know, Herz's phone calls are difficult to get through, and she didn't tire of it and called for several hours. Later, the unlocking personnel sent by Herz were also unable to help me open the trunk of the car. She came to my car and tried to help me open it. Another man from the hotel, I suspect the boss, also tried to help me open it and called Toyota for help. I am so grateful to them. They are loved ones, and I will remember their help. I will still stay here next time I come to Champagne.

Rooms were clean, well stocked, and modern looking. The pool was clean and adequate with nice lounging around it. The pool was cold, and the showers in the pool room were scalding hot, with no cold water at all. The breakfast was very good for continental. Mini waffles and French toast, eggs,sausage, cereal, etc I really enjoyed the aesthetics of the inn. Easy on off the highway and many eateries and shopping nearby.

The room was comfortable. Check in was super easy. To our surprise they offered a complimentary dinner which was Taco bar, soup and salad. The water from the dispenser was so crisp and refreshing. Breakfast was the average fare. I do wish they would have had bacon or sausage. The staff was super friendly and very helpful

It was clean and relatively quiet. They had a decent gym with a few cardio machines, a rack of dumbbells (up to 50lb), and a weight lifting machine that allowed you to do a multitude of exercises. The pool looked decent (I didn’t use it). They had coffee 24-7 and free cookies most of the day. There is also free parking. The hotel is a short driving distance from many different places to eat (sit down and fast food).

The staff both nights were very helpful and friendly. Our first night the hotel was having computer issues yet check in was still a breeze. They are renovating the hotel, but we heard nothing from our room. The room was clean. Our 2nd night room had a nice deep tub, great for a soaking bath Breakfast was really good and fresh, in spite of renovating the breakfast area and having breakfast in the lobby. Great coffee too
